Local TV matters – and Dean’s on it!

A few of us have been discussing a Citizen Journalist business model and we think it may be the local television of the near future. Have a look at Dean’s video and give it some thought.
Also – think about this: would you pay to develop the skills to be a competent participant? Those would include interviewing, writing, shooting stills and video, production and maybe even the ethics of all of this? I feel a confab coming on.
